What’s included?

  • 1 Hyrox class per week - Sundays @ 9am - starting 5/1/25 until 9/3/25 - (RRP £40 per month).

  • 2.5 months of programming (usually £130 per month) starting 6/1/25 to 13/3/25.

  • 2 generic Hyrox programmed workouts per week, provided on our Fitr app, where you can track progress along the way.

  • Advice on how best to tackle the event and pacing strategies for the day.

  • All of this for £200 (a huge saving of £225).

OUR AVAILABLE CLASSES INCLUDE :

WOD

Workout of the Day. This is our functional fitness class where in the space of an hour you’ll be expected to take part in a lift of the day and a WOD to test and develop your skills under fatigue, maximising strength and endurance all while competing against your friends.

olympic lifting

If lifting is your thing, then our proven programming and coaching experience will have you building strength and executing lifts with maximum efficiency. Both overhead lifts - snatch and clean & jerk - use a full body range of motion to hit maximum percentages with control and technique, but here at GrizzFit we work from the basics up to execute these technical moves to the highest of standards.

GYMNASTICS

Our gymnastics based classes will focus solely on building specific skills for example muscle ups, pull ups, handstand work whether that be holds, walking on your hands or handstand pushups and ring work. This class is designed to further your fitness levels and make you stand out above other athletes.
