Class Sessions
Our class sessions include WOD, Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics and Flexibility. In our classes we will cover the days programming together as a team, with a coach alongside to give you training tips or any help that you might need.
We pride ourselves on having fun in class but also getting the task at hand completed. There is no better feeling than knowing you’ve worked as hard as you can and what better way to do it than with the new friends you’ve made from the gym.

OUR AVAILABLE CLASSES INCLUDE :
WOD
Workout of the Day. This is our functional fitness class where in the space of an hour you’ll be expected to take part in a lift of the day and a WOD to test and develop your skills under fatigue, maximising strength and endurance all while competing against your friends.
olympic lifting
If lifting is your thing, then our proven programming and coaching experience will have you building strength and executing lifts with maximum efficiency. Both overhead lifts - snatch and clean & jerk - use a full body range of motion to hit maximum percentages with control and technique, but here at GrizzFit we work from the basics up to execute these technical moves to the highest of standards.
GYMNASTICS
Our gymnastics based classes will focus solely on building specific skills for example muscle ups, pull ups, handstand work whether that be holds, walking on your hands or handstand pushups and ring work. This class is designed to further your fitness levels and make you stand out above other athletes.
